We are using a classic development approach that includes:
1 Product definition - target audience, application purpose, delivery, environment, degree of interactivity and support plan.
2 Knowledge area - subject matter, instructional material, skills and knowledge balance and evaluation.
3 Development plan - core team, schedule, responsibilities and management.
4 Preparation - development of input resources, verification of the information, course structure and information segmentation.
5 Course chart - graphical flow chart of the e-course including the behavior of the e-course visualizing its levels.
6 Interactions - plan of the behavior of the e-course and learner.
7 Storyboard - graphical representation of e-course, including: behavior, transitions between elements, dependencies and conventions.
8 Looks - screen-design, buttons, background, animations, etc.
9 Prototype - development and input of all elements and media objects. Building the e-course behavior.
10 Compilation - it is done throughout the development process.
11 In house testing - verification.
12 Focus group testing - validation.
13 Packaging - packaging in xAPI, AICC or other format.
14 Upload - setup and testing of the final package in the target environment.
